1) Acceptance

By using AI Smart Cropper you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Accounts & Access

Sign-in is email-based. You're responsible for actions under your account.

3) Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are handled by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid term and will not renew. After cancellation, no additional charges will be made.

Refunds

We provide a [14-day] money-back guarantee on the first subscription payment if the product does not meet your needs. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order email and reason. Beyond this window, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods already used, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate/erroneous charges.

Legacy Stripe Subscriptions

Some existing customers may continue to be billed by Stripe until migration. In those cases, Stripe acts as the payment processor and any refunds for those charges will be processed via Stripe.

Price Changes

We may update prices or plans. Any change will apply at your next renewal and we'll notify you in advance when required.

5) Acceptable Use

No unlawful content, IP infringement, or attempts to disrupt the service.

6) Content & IP

You retain rights to your uploads. You grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the service.

7) AI Outputs

Outputs are provided "as is." Validate suitability for your use case.

8) Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

9) Disclaimers & Liability

Service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
